BONUS SHARES TO THE BUSINESS OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY


Royal Decree 1 / 2011 of the eleventh of February, has approved new credits for Social Security payments on certain new contracts made from the February 14, 2011 and until February 2012.

The new bonuses are a duration of one year and involve a saving of:
- 100% employer contribution for firms with fewer than 250 employees
- 75% of the employer's contribution in companies with more than 250 employees.

requirements for these measures include the hiring of:
- Persons under 30 years old and registered in some office work at least since January 2011.
- Or that no fewer than 30 years are enrolled in an employment office at least eighteen twelve months prior to recruitment.

Other requirements for this bonus:
- The contracts may be indefinite or temporary but, in time, with a minimum six months.
- Once the bonus shares within one year, provided by this rule, these contracts also enjoy the bonus shares under Law 35/2010 of labor market reform and that we have already been reporting .
- need to attend net staff increase. This means that to enjoy these benefits with the new contract must exceed the average number of contracts either permanent or temporary existing template in the 90 days prior to the new recruitment premium.
